Richard Gajdowski, MD, JD, MBA, MPH, FRCPC, FACEP, FCLM, serves as the Aesthetic Medical Director at Xthetics Med Spa in Teaneck, New Jersey. With more than 38 years of experience as a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician, he brings exceptional clinical judgment and an unwavering commitment to patient safety to every aesthetic treatment.

Dr. Gajdowski earned his medical degree from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Medicine and completed his Emergency Medicine training at McGill University in Montreal. He is a Fellow of both the American College of Emergency Physicians and the Royal College of Physicians of Canada.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Gajdowski has built a distinguished career as a healthcare executive and attorney, holding an MBA, an MPH, and a Juris Doctor. He has served in senior leadership roles, including Medical Director at Fidelis Care and Senior Medical Director at UPMC Health Plan, and is the founder of Gajdowski Law, PC.

For years, Dr. Gajdowski has also provided medical direction for aesthetic and wellness practices across New York and New Jersey. At Xthetics Med Spa, he is dedicated to helping each patient look refreshed, feel confident, and receive care grounded in the highest medical standards.
